What could the $29.99 charge be?
A $29.99 Marlovelle charge may be for our optional VIP Membership. When you join during checkout, your membership begins with a 14-day free trial. You do not pay the $29.99 membership fee with your initial clothing order. The first $29.99 membership payment is scheduled 14 days after your initial order, when the free trial ends. After that, $29.99 is billed every 14 days while the membership is active.
The membership is separate from your clothing purchase. It includes access to shop our VIP Vault, early access to select fashion releases, and 24/7 priority Customer Care. Clothing is purchased separately.
