We understand that finding a membership you don't remember joining can be worrying, and we'd like to help you get clarity.
The Marlovelle VIP Membership is an optional offer presented during checkout, separate from your clothing order. It starts with a 14-day free trial. There is no $29.99 VIP charge with your initial order. The first membership payment of $29.99 is scheduled 14 days after that order, followed by $29.99 every 14 days while the membership remains active.
What if I didn't mean to join?
Please email support@marlovelle.com or use our contact page. Include the email address used for your order and explain that you don't recognize the VIP enrollment. Our team will review the details and help with the next steps.
Please never share full payment card information.
