How to request cancellation
Email support@marlovelle.com or visit our contact page. Tell us you'd like to cancel VIP Membership and include the email address linked to it. Our team will review your request and confirm once the cancellation has been processed.
When do payments begin?
VIP Membership starts with a 14-day free trial. The first $29.99 membership payment is scheduled 14 days after your initial clothing order. After that, $29.99 renews every 14 days while the membership is active. There is no membership fee charged with your initial clothing order.
What happens to VIP access?
Once cancellation has been processed, VIP access remains available through the end of your current trial or paid membership period, as applicable. Please look out for confirmation from our team rather than assuming cancellation is complete when you send your request.
