My parcel appears to be lost in transit

We're sorry that you're worried about your package. We know it can be stressful when an order seems to be taking too long.

Does a tracking gap mean the parcel is lost?

Not necessarily. Carriers sometimes go several days without adding a new scan, particularly while a package is traveling between delivery stages. An unchanged In Transit status alone is not confirmation that the package has been lost.

What you can do

  1. Check the latest information on our tracking page.
  2. Find the name of the carrier listed there.
  3. Contact that carrier directly if the shipment seems unusually delayed or if they have reported a problem. Ask whether they have any additional details about the location of your parcel.

Need our help?

If the carrier confirms a problem, or the situation is still unresolved, contact us through support@marlovelle.com or our contact page. Include your order number and anything the carrier has told you. Our team will review the details and help with the next step.

We won't tell you a parcel is lost unless there is information supporting that conclusion.
